Wash your silicone jewelry in warm, soapy water and let it air dry.  It is also dish washer safe, although we cannot guarantee that any residue or marks will not be left due to dishwashing detergent. 

We chose to use Shenzhen Yuanfeng Xingye Technology Co., Ltd. as our manufacturing company specifically due to their 14 years of experience in producing silicone baby products and necklaces.  Their silicone products meet FDA regulations and they are certified by BSCI  (Business Social Compliance Initiative) which sets out aspirational goals and minimal expectations for working conditions in the global supply chain and social responsibility towards employees.  Our manufacturer also offers full transparency on the number of employees (100) and their working conditions, both in office and in factory.
We feel safe and comfortable in the knowledge that our bracelets are designed with passion and love in New York, and they are responsibly made to the highest of standards in China.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept returns.

Please note international orders may attract customs duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, please check with your local customs authority prior to placing an order.

Orders placed by 12:00 noon EST Monday – Thursday typically ship within 48 hours.

Orders placed on Friday – Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Orders shipped to PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, APO and FPO will ship using standard shipping only.
